Trade accounts
Who can open a trade account?
Trade accounts are for businesses. Apply using the trade account form and we will review your details.
How long does approval take?
We review every application and email you once it has been approved. [Typical approval time].
Why can’t I see prices?
Prices are only shown to approved trade customers. Log in to your account to see them. If you have applied and cannot see prices yet, your account is still awaiting approval.
Ordering
Are prices shown with or without GST?
Prices are shown excluding GST, with the GST-inclusive price shown alongside. GST at 15% is added at checkout.
What are pack sizes and cartons?
Some products are sold in packs. Each product page shows the pack size, how many units are in a carton, and the carton price.
Is there a minimum order?
Some products have a minimum quantity or must be ordered in multiples, such as full cartons. These rules are shown on each product. [Confirm whether there is a minimum order value.]
How do I reorder?
Go to My account, then Orders, and select Reorder next to a previous order. The items are added to your cart so you can check quantities before checking out. You can also use Quick Order to add many products at once.
Payment and delivery
